Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

Para John offers a limited warranty of 2 years on selected products. This warranty covers
the repair or replacement of specific parts, including wheels, zippers, handles, and locks, at no additional charge if they are found to be defective within this period.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover damages or issues arising from:

• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, and other aesthetic imperfections.
• Chemical exposure, which may alter or degrade the material.
• Breakage, bends, or deformations caused by misuse or accidental damage.
• Water or fire damage.
• Any physical damage unrelated to the original manufacturing quality of the product.

 

Proof of Purchase Requirement

To claim warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, or other physical or digital documentation verifying the purchase. Warranty service cannot be claimed without proof of purchase.
